As a psychiatrist, you will:

- Have a balanced caseload, with 60% patient-facing hours and dedicated administrative time
- Collaborate with both exposure coaches and psychiatrists

- Gain valuable experience working on a multi-disciplinary care team with licensed therapists and psychiatrists
