Now offering services in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.
We want to make sure you have all the information you need to make the best decision for your child and your family. If you don’t find what you need here, don’t hesitate to contact us.
We provide a continuum of outpatient care. There is no standard treatment length because we tailor care to your child’s needs. We also work in collaboration with you to ensure a schedule that’s not only effective, but also works with your life. Typical time in the intensive phase is 4-8 weeks, with continued support offered through as needed and indicated. We’re in this with you, walking side by side to get to the best possible outcome.
We provide gold standard, measurement-based therapy (CBT, DBT, ACT), medication management, and coaching. Your coordinated care team surrounds you from the moment you begin, working closely with you to provide care that matches your needs. Our virtual sessions are delivered in both individual and group formats.
We work with children, adolescents, and young adults, ages 7-22.
Yes! Parents are an integral part of the treatment process. We provide weekly parent guidance groups and individualized family work during the intensive phase of treatment. Not only will this support help you empower your child’s recovery, it also gives you tools for managing the unique challenges you face.
We currently accept insurance for treatment in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and Rhode Island with the following payors: AllWays / Mass General Brigham Health Plan*, Anthem BCBS, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, ConnectiCare, Harvard Pilgrim, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Optum, Oscar, Oxford, UnitedHealthcare. (We always recommend, however, that families call the number on the back of their insurance card to confirm coverage.)
We’re continually working to add new insurance options and new states, so check back often. At this time, we do not accept self-pay.
*We do not cover the MassHealth offering provided by Mass General Brigham Health Plan
Anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). We specialize in treating children and adolescents in the moderate to severe range of these disorders but are also able to treat youth with less severe symptoms.
We specialize in working with children and adolescents for whom treatment has not been effective in the past. We believe that it’s not that your child has failed treatment but that treatment has failed them.
Emerging research indicates that treatment for anxiety and OCD in youth is just as effective virtually as when delivered in-person. Virtual care not only creates access for more families in need, it allows for more flexibility in treatment. By making care more convenient, virtual therapy can increase engagement and decrease the burden on families.
Our providers are highly trained therapists, psychiatrists, and coaches. We hand pick our providers, selecting only those who have both expertise and passion for working with children and adolescents. We have developed a world-class training infrastructure to ensure that they are providing the most cutting-edge care for your child and family.
Our clinicians are licensed in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, and Rhode Island, and we are only accepting patients who are physically located in those state at this time. We plan to expand to other states soon.
